We want you to love your study. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You may return books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, books must be unused and in like-new condition — no writing, highlighting, or damage.

How to Start a Return

Email us at returns@matthewball.org with your order number, and we'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is not refunded. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. There is no restocking fee. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Bulk and Group Orders

Orders of 10 or more copies for churches and small groups are final sale, except for damaged or incorrect items as described above.
